Reader Views has supported independent authors for over 20 years through book reviews and our growing Literary Awards program. We are expanding our team of reviewers across both fiction and non-fiction.
About the role
As a reviewer for the Reader Views Literary Awards, you will choose books that genuinely interest you from a regularly updated list, then read and review each one at your own pace, within four to five weeks. Each review includes your written feedback along with a short scoresheet. You will receive a stipend for every review submitted, and your work directly helps independent authors grow while supporting a respected awards program.
What we are looking for

experienced reviewers
, not first-timers. We are looking for avid readers who devour books and have reviewed them before, whether for a publication, a blog, a library, or another awards program. What matters most is the quality of the writing: polished, publication-quality reviews, the kind of thoughtful, well-structured work that goes beyond a casual blog post. Casual hobbyists will not be a fit.
