Global MNC Tech is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Part-Time Boutique Hotel Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our partner boutique hospitality properties. The Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, assisting with reservations, local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and personalized services that elevate the overall stay experience.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. This role requires professionalism, problem-solving ability, and a genuine commitment to providing world-class service in a boutique hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide professional concierge services throughout their stay.
  • Assist guests with restaurant reservations, event bookings, transportation, and local attraction recommendations.
  • Coordinate personalized guest services such as spa appointments, tours, and special celebrations.
  • Provide detailed information about local entertainment, shopping, and cultural attractions.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Work closely with hotel staff to coordinate guest experiences and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local venues, travel options, and hospitality services.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure VIP guests and repeat visitors receive personalized attention and tailored services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple guest requests simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems and concierge platforms is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and email systems.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, guest relations, or concierge services preferred.
  • Experience working in boutique hotels, luxury hospitality, or tourism services is highly desirable.
  • Customer service experience in high-end environments is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

  • Part-Time Position
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Typical shifts range between 4–6 hours per shift, depending on hotel occupancy and guest needs.
