This will involve * Conversational AI Training You'll have conversations with our chatbots to measure their progress and identify areas for improvement. * Content Creation You'll write novel conversations to teach our chatbots what to say and how to respond to customer inquiries. * Assessment and Feedback You'll participate in regular assessments to evaluate the performance of our chatbots and provide feedback to our development team. Responsibilities * Conversational AI Training Develop and implement conversational AI training programs to teach our chatbots to engage with customers in a natural and intuitive way. * Content Creation Write high-quality conversations to teach our chatbots what to say and how to respond to customer inquiries. * Assessment and Feedback Participate in regular assessments to evaluate the performance of our chatbots and provide feedback to our development team. * Research and Fact-Checking Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and originality of our chatbot responses. Qualifications * Fluent in English Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Bachelor's Degree Completed or in progress, in a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Computer Science. * Excellent Writing and Grammar Skills Strong writing and grammar skills, with the ability to write engaging and informative content. * Strong Research and Fact-Checking Skills Ability to conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and originality of our chatbot responses. * Previous Experience Previous experience as a Freelance Writer, Content Writer, Editor, Copywriter, Copy Editor, or those with experience in journalism and/or media is preferred but not required.
