Facebook Advertising Specialist Needed

We are seeking a skilled Facebook Advertising Specialist to help us optimize and manage our Facebook ad campaigns. We post quite often but don't think we are doing it quite right because our leads seem to be low to non existent. We would also like to be taught how to properly use ads manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and executing successful ad strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve ad effectiveness.
