Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting the front-of-house team, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the host area. This is a hands-on role that includes food running, drink preparation, and daily cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed
• Take orders accurately and efficiently when required
• Prepare and refill tea and lemonade according to set recipes
• Run food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally
• Refill the water station throughout the shift
• Complete daily cleaning checklist for the host area and other assigned sections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host station
• Communicate clearly with team members and support overall restaurant operations
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Use our ice cream machine

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred but not required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to follow instructions and standard procedures

Pay: $13.50 - $13.60 per hour
