  • Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism
  • Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
  • Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience in every chat
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
