- Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism
- Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience in every chat
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
