Role Description As a Medicaid Claims Data Entry Associate on the claims team, you will enter claim information into our system, ensuring data integrity and timely processing. • Accurately input claim data into claims processing systems • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry • Identify and flag incomplete or incorrect information for follow-up • Maintain high productivity while meeting quality standards • Follow established procedures and guidelines for claim submissions • Communicate with team members or supervisors about any issues or discrepancies • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion • Comply with data integrity and security policies • Perform other clerical or administrative tasks as needed Qualifications • High school diploma or an equivalent level of education; some college preferred • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft • Ability to type at least 30 WPM (words per minute); prefer 40 WPM • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers • Attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy skill set • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment screening Requirements • Location – REMOTE US Only • $16-$17 per hour based on experience; plus benefits - which may be below your state's minimum wage • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday either 800 a.m. – 430 p.m. or 830 a.m. – 500 pm MST with the possibility of flexible hours Benefits • Paid on-the-job training • Supportive team environment • Flexible work schedule with start times ranging between 745 AM to 830 AM • Opportunity for advancement within the company • Health, dental, and vision insurance (if full time) • Paid time off and holidays • 401K and matching • Employee discount program • Dependent Care benefits for full-time employees
