Apply today!Location: This is a Remote role and can be based anywhere in the continental US.<h2>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process</li><li>Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities</li><li>Communicate production progress with customers throughout the process</li><li>Develop cost-effective measures to achieve exceptional business practices</li><li>Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands</li><li>Maintain current product knowledge and industry trends</li><li>Implement and maintain company directives and policies</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Prior experience working as a production coordinator in the home improvement/renovation or restoration industry preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of residential building standards</li><li>Working knowledge of technical software</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>High regard for quality assurance and customer service</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>At Safe Step Walk-In Tub Company, we care for each other. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.-$4,083.57 - $7,152.75-Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.-This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.-Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
