<p><strong>Investment Banking Expert</strong></p><p><strong>Position:</strong> Investment Banking Expert</p><p><strong>Type:</strong> Hourly Contract</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> <strong>$150 –$220/hour</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p><p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></p><p>This opportunity is for experienced <strong>Investment Banking professionals</strong> interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects.</p><p>The role focuses on evaluating how effectively AI systems perform real-world investment banking work.</p><p>Rather than producing traditional banking deliverables, you'll apply your professional expertise to define what excellent work looks like, develop task-specific evaluation criteria, and assess completed work samples using rigorous, well-reasoned judgment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design precise, task-specific evaluation criteria for real-world banking deliverables, including <strong>financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, CIMs, deal memoranda, and board or investment committee materials</strong>.</li><li>Evaluate and score AI-generated and human-created work samples against established criteria.</li><li>Provide detailed written justifications explaining the rationale behind each score.</li><li>Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure evaluations are reproducible and defensible.</li><li>Assess work for financial accuracy, analytical rigor, commercial judgment, presentation quality, and adherence to professional banking standards.</li><li>Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and continuously refine evaluation standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2+ years of professional Investment Banking experience</strong>, preferably at the Associate level or above.</li><li>Experience at a <strong>leading global investment bank or elite advisory boutique</strong>, with exposure to M&A, industry coverage, or capital markets.</li><li>Deep expertise in <strong>three-statement financial modeling, transaction modeling, DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, merger analysis, and valuation</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of investment banking workflows, transaction materials, and professional standards for bank-quality work.</li><li>Ability to evaluate complex financial analyses, transaction materials, and investment recommendations.</li><li>Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain why work meets or falls short of professional standards.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, consistency, and analytical judgment.</li><li>Comfortable receiving feedback and calibrating professional judgment against established evaluation standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>M&A transactions, transaction execution, due diligence, financial analysis, or corporate finance</strong>.</li><li>Experience reviewing or mentoring investment banking analysts and associates.</li><li>Prior experience with <strong>AI training, model evaluation, data annotation, or human-feedback projects</strong>.</li><li>Experience evaluating financial models, pitch materials, investment memoranda, or other professional banking deliverables.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Competitive compensation of $150 –$220/hour.</strong></li><li><strong>Weekly payments.</strong></li><li><strong>Independent contractor engagement.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Easy Apply on LinkedIn</strong></li><li><strong>Check Email for Next Steps</strong></li><li><strong>Participate in Resume Evaluation & Interview Stage</strong></li></ol>
