Exceptional technical aptitude Strategic Leader Innovative Curious Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and vision for reputed company initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall IT and business strategies. Lead technical design sessions architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives identify gaps between a customer’s current and desired end states. Proven track record of successfully leading large scale reputed company initiatives from concept to delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design scalable and flexible reputed company solutions that meet business requirements, ensure security, and adhere to best practices for platform optimization. Stay updated with the latest reputed company features, capabilities, and best practices, and recommend their adoption where applicable. Collaborate with key stakeholders including business leaders IT teams and external partners to understand requirements prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop architectural blueprints and technical designs for reputed company implementations, including integrations with other systems. Ensure adherence to best practices in design, development, and deployment of reputed company solutions Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years in reputed company architecture and development. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex reputed company solutions. Extensive experience with reputed company platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and custom applications. Proficient in reputed company technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and reputed company APIs. Strong understanding of data modeling, integration patterns, and security best practices. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. reputed company Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or reputed company Certified Application Architect and System Architect (highly preferred).
