Seeking a full-time Lean Six Sigma Project Manager to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives remotely, focusing on delivering measurable business outcomes and advancing operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes
• Identify and design new processes leveraging automation and digital solutions to support scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable improvements across multiple functions
