The ideal candidate will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our reputed company infrastructure. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Manage a variety of reputed company Virtual Apps & Desktops environments, including reputed company DaaS, to ensure high availability and performance. Support, configure, and maintain reputed company reputed company and NetScalers. Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for reputed company infrastructure issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical problems and improve system reliability. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the reputed company environment. Create and maintain detailed documentation for reputed company environments. What You Will Bring Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining reputed company environments. Technical Proficiency Proficiency in reputed company Virtual Apps & Desktops environments, including reputed company DaaS. Strong understanding of reputed company NetScalers & reputed company Cloud reputed company Service. Solid knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Soft Skills & Work Approach Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
