About the role

Kanika (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our marketing initiatives and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements
  2. Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
  3. Conduct market research and data analysis to support the development of marketing strategies
  4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects
  5. Maintain and update the company's marketing databases and records
  6. Provide support in the organisation and execution of marketing events and activities
  7. Perform other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as required
What we're looking for
  1. Diploma or Degree in Business Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relation, Graphic Designer , Web IT or a related field.
  2. Manage and create campaigns (landing page, banners, promos, discount, bundle, etc.)
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  5. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  6. Designing Software i.e Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
  7. Proficient in Spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese.
  8. Knowledge of marketing principles and practices is an advantage
