About the position

MBA internships are available in various areas at Apple, including AI/ML EPM, AppleCare, Apple Services, Manufacturing Design, Marketing, Product Operations, Retail, Strategic Sourcing, and Supply Chain Operations. Interns will contribute to innovative projects, work with cross-functional teams, and help shape the future of Apple's products and services. The roles offer opportunities to apply business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to AI/ML EPM initiatives, building AI experiences into products.
  • Support Contact Center Operations by monitoring service levels and driving strategic goals.
  • Assist in optimizing service programs as a Field Service Channel Manager.
  • Manage operations of Apple repair centers in the Global Repair Center role.
  • Develop digital content solutions for improved customer experience in Online/Digital Support & Service.
  • Manage supplier relationships and sourcing optimization in Procurement.
  • Analyze data to provide strategic recommendations and insights in Reporting & Analytics.
  • Build and manage global reverse supply chains in Supply Chain Management.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Apple Services like Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Pay, etc.
  • Manage commercial relationships with manufacturing partners, focusing on cost, risk, and operational efficiencies in Manufacturing Design - Global Supply Manager.
  • Shepherd product positioning from concept to launch in Marketing.
  • Manage New Product Introduction or Sustaining Operations as an Operations Program Manager.
  • Lead final product quality and drive operational metrics as a Product Quality Manager.
  • Take on roles such as program manager, product manager, business analyst, merchandising manager, or operations manager in Retail.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies and recommend product innovations in Strategic Sourcing - Global Supply Manager.
  • Advise development teams on operational, cost, and supply chain issues in Strategic Sourcing - Operations Product Development.
  • Manage supply chain activities and optimize supply constraints as a Materials Program Manager.
  • Forecast product demand, analyze production needs, and allocate global supply in Supply Chain Operations - Supply Demand Management.
  • Lead initiatives to define, build, and roll out innovative technology and business process solutions in Supply Chain Operations - Business Process Re-engineering.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a MBA or master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • Must return to school after the internship or the internship must be the final requirement for graduation.
