Job Details Oil & Gas Title Attorney with salary range $140,000 – $210,000 per year. This position is remote and offers multiple bonus opportunities and flexible billable hours. We represent oil & gas clients throughout Texas and beyond. Draft title opinions highlighting defects, liens, or other issues that could impact ownership or use of the property. Analyze documents such as leases, contracts, and deeds. Advise on compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration. Collaborate with other departments to identify legal risks and develop risk management strategies. Stay up-to-date with developments in oil and gas law and industry trends. Provide training to other departments on relevant legal issues. Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in at least one state. 3+ years' experience drafting title opinions covering lands in The Bakken region. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
