  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational targets are met.

2. Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for Principals, key accounts, and business partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and middlemen.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

3. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new key accounts and business opportunities.
  • Expand distribution channels and network within the card gaming industry.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Inventory

Management

  • Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, and distribution.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and replenishment of products.
  • Minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory turnover.

5.

Event

Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute gaming events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
  • Manage both local and international events, including logistics, setup, and execution.
  • Travel overseas when required to support global events and partnerships.

6.

Grading

Operations

  • Supervise and ensure proper grading processes for card products.
  • Maintain quality standards and accuracy in grading procedures.

7. Cross-Company Support

  • Provide operational support to affiliated or sister companies when required.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure overall business efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in Operations, Sales, or Business Management (experience in gaming/trading card industry is an advantage).
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as part of the role.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel locally.
  • Flexible to work beyond standard hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
