About the Job
Logan Square family (20-month-old, 2 cats) seeks a detail-oriented household assistant to start ASAP. Role: kitchen resets, laundry, tidying, bathrooms, and rotating deep cleaning. This is purely household help, not a nanny role (a parent is home full-time, but ). Potential to expand into child care, errands and light batch cooking over time if desired and a good fit. Cleaning supplies provided; errand mileage reimbursed. Schedule: 10 hrs/week guaranteed (Mon/Wed/Fri 5-8 PM, with flexibility), could grow to 15-20 hrs after 90 days. Pay is $30/hr on the books (W-2) with PTO. Includes a paid 2-hr working trial and 30-day review period. Comprehensive house manual provided.
