Pharmacy Technician cum Administrator

We are looking for a motivated candidate with attention to detail. The job requires strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, along with excellent communication skills. The candidate should exhibit integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information, be a collaborative team player, and demonstrate meticulousness and trustworthiness.

What Are Your Key Responsibilities?

  • Assist with facility maintenance, including laboratory equipment upkeep, environmental monitoring, and inventory management.
  • Ensure all calculations and formulations are accurate and verified by supervising pharmacists, while strictly adhering to SOPs and safety policies throughout the preparation process.
  • Handle proper packaging and labelling of compounded products, including preparation of documentation for pharmacist verification.
  • Provide administrative support for daily operations.
  • Deliver customer service support by responding to enquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Manage tasks by organising and prioritising multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Work collaboratively within the team while also demonstrating the ability to handle challenges independently.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and presentation tasks.
Who Are We Looking For?
  • A candidate with a Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in a related field, and who has related working experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and applying AI for efficiency.
