Position: Picking and Packing Services

Location: Charlotte, NC

Contract Type: Fulltime

Job Description:

  • Manage daily operations of the Personnel performing Tier 2 picking and packing Services (“Tier 2 Pick-Pack team”) and handle escalations from the team
  • Ensure the team maintains a clean site and work environment
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are followed on-site by the Tier 1 Pick-Pack team
  • Ensure failed orders are being reported to the customer support team
  • Facilitate partner success by providing support as required to partners on-site
  • Build sustainable relationships with partners through open communication
  • Perform order fulfilment and package loading
  • Communicate urgent issues to the customer designated site manager and customer team
  • Review stock and inventory management
  • Perform quarterly inventory audits
  • Train new Tier 1 Pick-Pack team members
