Procurement Officer (Mechanical/Instrumentation Background)

◈Postion :

-Procurement Officer (Mechanical/Instrumentation Background)

◈Key Responsibility :

1. Securing domestic and international supply chains and procuring appropriate items.

-Explorer & finding all suppliers from Malaysia, China, Korea with official specification by manager & Client.

1. Managing and organizing complete documents for purchase and procurement items

-Purchase Order, Shipping Document all need fully management

1. inspection and management of each arrival item(which ordered)
2. Check and organize specifications for each relevant item in the device
3. Inspection and management of order item specifications

-Instrument item's specification inspection & quality checking ◈Required Skills :

-Excel, Word, Power-point Skill (Expert level)

-English Speaking, Writing (Fluently Level)

-Driving License (Official Valid one)

◈Priority for this Position :

-Who has experience of Instrument equipment handling(for more than 2 years), or Instrument engineering back ground.

-If have Auto-cad certificate or experience (Good).

◈Age Limit :

-25 Yr ~ 35 Yr

◈Working Hr / Day :

-08:00 ~ 17:00 / Mon ~ Sat

◈Working Location :

-Samalaju Industial Area (OCIT Plant inside)

◈Basic Salary :

-If no have back ground or Experience : Start from ~ 3,500RM

-If have back ground or Experience :

-Start from ~ 4,000RM

◈Required Document :

-Resume (with Photo) / Career Certificate / Graduation Ceritifcate / IC Copy / Medical Certificate (within 1 Yr)
