They are seeking participants for their Procurement/Supply Chain Management Development Program, which offers hands-on experience and development in various aspects of supply chain management through a structured rotation program.


Responsibilities

  • Gain a better understanding of Chevron’s business in an accelerated, fast-paced program
  • Complete rotations that span the end-to-end global supply chain across multiple asset classes, Corporate, and Business Unit roles
  • Participate in Business Intelligence & Data Visualization (e.g., spend, inventory, cost, etc.)
  • Engage in strategic sourcing, negotiations strategy & execution
  • Drive business process improvement across the enterprise (e.g., logistics, contracting, materials management, inventory management, demand planning, etc.)
  • Evaluate and deploy digital solutions, including change management
  • Benchmark performance and make and/or implement recommendations to improve results
  • Conduct market intelligence for existing and new products/services
  • Manage projects

Skills

  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) or Master's degree with concentration in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • Geographically mobile
  • Permanent US Work Authorization
  • Procurement or Supply Chain Management internship/work experience
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and business acumen
  • Exhibits leadership potential
