[Remote] Patient Accounting Representative, Billing & Claims, Full Time, First Shift

The Patient Accounting Representative is responsible for billing claims, verifying insurance, and processing paper claims within the Billing and Claims team.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Accounting Representative bills claims electronically, verifies insurance and registration for patients, process, and mail paper claims
• The Billing and Claims team works several different professional billing workqueues and workqueue types in Epic
• Revenue Cycle Performance
• Productivity
• Quality Reviews
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle and/or Epic Revenue Cycle applications
• Associate's Degree
