Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to athlete performance, training, and competition. Develop and implement statistical models to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends. Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with coaching staff to translate data insights into practical training and strategic recommendations. Monitor player health, fatigue, and injury risk using performance data. Identify and track metrics related to team dynamics and strategic execution. Contribute to the development and refinement of data collection methodologies and analytical tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sports science, analytics, and relevant technologies. Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Support ad-hoc analytical requests from various departments within the organization. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Sports Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports analytics or performance analysis. Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R or Python. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib). Strong understanding of sports biomechanics, physiology, and performance metrics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data effectively. Familiarity with various sports and their performance nuances.
