<p><strong>Hiring: Telehealth Nurse – Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Louisville, KY 40219 / Remote – Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 6 Months</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $39/hour on W2</p><p><strong>Work Type:</strong> Remote</p><p><strong>Telehealth Experience:</strong> Preferred</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Telehealth Nurse</strong> to provide remote support to patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and their teams. This role involves providing education and support related to specialty medications through phone and electronic communication.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, patient-focused environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide <strong>telephone and electronic support</strong> to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding specialty medications and treatment programs.</li><li>Educate patients about their therapy, medication use, treatment requirements, and ongoing care.</li><li>Conduct follow-up calls to support <strong>medication adherence and treatment compliance</strong>.</li><li>Collect and document patient information and clinical data accurately.</li><li>Monitor patient needs and identify potential <strong>safety concerns or changes in condition</strong>, escalating issues when appropriate.</li><li>Communicate with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals to support ongoing treatment and patient care.</li><li>Follow established clinical, regulatory, and program guidelines.</li><li>Identify and report <strong>Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Complaints (PCs)</strong> according to applicable procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation while protecting patient information and following <strong>HIPAA requirements</strong>.</li><li>Manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.</li><li>Support patients and caregivers in resolving questions or challenges related to their care and treatment.</li><li>Maintain an active and unrestricted nursing license throughout the assignment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Current <strong>Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)</strong> license.</li><li>Nursing license must remain active and in good standing throughout employment.</li><li>At least <strong>2 years of healthcare experience</strong> in a healthcare organization, physician office, laboratory, or similar environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>medical terminology</strong> and healthcare processes.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and working with multiple online systems.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and patient-service skills.</li><li>Experience with <strong>patient counseling, medication adherence, telehealth, or specialty pharmacy</strong> is highly preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Remote Work Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must have a <strong>quiet, professional, and HIPAA-compliant workspace</strong>.</li><li>Reliable <strong>high-speed internet</strong> is required to support multiple systems, phone/VOIP calls, and video conferencing.</li><li>Must be comfortable working in a <strong>call-center-style remote environment</strong>.</li><li>Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods during the workday.</li><li>A headset may be required for extended telephone interactions.</li></ul>
