[Remote] Test Engineer/Business Analyst (Agile Delivery Focus)

They are seeking a Test Engineer/Business Analyst with an Agile Delivery Focus to support Agile delivery teams through requirements analysis, testing activities, and stakeholder communication for enterprise analytics and operational systems. Responsibilities Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release validation, and Agile delivery activities Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across enterprise applications and analytics solutions Track defects, coordinate issue resolution, and support operational readiness activities Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners Support validation of reporting outputs, analytics workflows, and enterprise data platform solutions Participate in testing and validation activities involving Databricks-based reporting or analytics environments Maintain Agile documentation, process artifacts, and testing deliverables Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, QA/Test Engineering, or Agile delivery roles Experience supporting enterprise software delivery in Agile environments Experience creating user stories, test scenarios, and supporting release activities Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with testing methodologies and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Exposure to Databricks through analytics platforms, reporting validation, testing, or enterprise data environments required Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or cloud-based platforms Experience validating reporting outputs, data workflows, or enterprise analytics systems Familiarity with enterprise data lakes, warehouses, or modern data ecosystems Scrum or Agile certifications preferred Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible Spending Account 401k program Competitive PTO offerings Parental Leave Opportunities for professional growth and development Company Overview Blueprint is redefining the data solutions ecosystem.
