(skincare/beauty industry experience is an advantage).
  • Fresh graduates with strong passion for sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and achieve sales targets.
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
  • Team player with willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Flexible to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job description

  1. Sales & Targets
• Support in achieving personal sales, ATV (Average Transaction Value), and UPT (Units Per Transaction) targets.
  • Promote and sell products/services while ensuring excellent customer and after-sales service.
  1. Customer Consultation
• Assist in providing product demonstrations, skin analysis, and personalized skincare recommendations.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and friendly customer experience.
  1. Product Knowledge
• Build knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
  • Stay informed on new product launches and promotions.
  1. Inventory Management
• Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and receiving/unpacking stock.
  • Help ensure stock accuracy and availability.
  1. Store Cleanliness & Maintenance
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized store environment.
  • Support daily store opening and closing activities.
  1. Cash Handling & Transactions
• Process transactions accurately, including electronic payments and cash.
  • Handle cash responsibly and provide correct change.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
• Assist in processing returns/exchanges in accordance with company policies.
