Senior Associate, Marketplace, Partnerships S&O

Job Description:

• Own the ideation and execution of key international strategic partnerships to drive DashPass adoption and long-term growth
• Focus specifically on optimizing our acquisition funnel, driving strategic growth actions, and developing our go-to-market strategy for new international partnership opportunities
• Report into the Associate Manager on our DashPass Partnerships team
• Develop sound strategic thinking about how to work closely with partners and leverage customer-first thinking
• Own and operationalize data-driven experiments across everything from promotional campaigns to net new in-app creative assets
• Assess the operational and financial impacts of your initiatives, using insights to iterate
• Partner with a variety of internal teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Finance to execute on plans

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startup or related experience
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Strong cross-functional skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with international partnerships or other global growth projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
