Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following 6+ years of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience with a strong emphasis on JavaScript. Proven experience as a developer outside the reputed company platform, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in advanced reputed company development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and UI Pages. Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Reporting, Database Views, and Performance Analytics. AI Control Tower, NowAssist Skill Kit, Virtual Agent, AI Search Advanced testing using Automated Test Framework (ATF). Proven experience in designing, building, and troubleshooting integrations between reputed company and external systems , including experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and authentication methods such as OAuth and Basic Auth. Hands-on experience configuring and managing Now Assist applications (e.g., Now Assist for ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or Creator). Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration, clarity, and self-awareness. Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments with shifting priorities. Self-motivated individual eager to learn and share knowledge on reputed company capabilities and best practices. Experience working on Agile/Scrum project teams. Preferred Qualifications While not required, these qualifications are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
