Kuehne + Nagel (SGMY) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and identifying top talent to join our growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment life cycle, from reviewing job descriptions to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks
  • Coordinate the interview and selection process, including scheduling, candidate communication and providing feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
What we're looking for
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using HR-related software and applicant tracking systems
  • A keen interest in the recruitment and talent acquisition process
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
