We're looking for a full time <strong>Technical Customer Success Manager</strong> to own a portfolio of enterprise relationships, helping customers modernize their approach to connected car data across our core products – Our portal powered by AI, APIs and streaming interfaces</p><p>We are looking for someone eager to build our team and scale our processes with the right team members. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B SaaS, driving successful integration and onboarding experiences while delivering consistent, high-quality ongoing support.</p><p><strong>Key Ownership Areas & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own the end-to-end customer relationship from a product and technical perspective, understanding business needs and driving measurable ROI</p></li><li><p>Lead technical onboarding and integration projects, including discovery, solution evaluation, and implementation planning</p></li><li><p>Maintain ongoing relationships with enterprise customers, managing open items, timelines, and product/technical updates</p></li><li><p>Identify expansion opportunities with Sales and develop strategies to increase product adoption and deepen customer use cases</p></li><li><p>Serve as the internal voice of the customer - channeling feedback to Product and Engineering to drive Product growth and adoption</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain customer-specific technical documentation and release communications</p></li><li><p>Develop and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve Motorq's ability to serve enterprise customers at scale</p></li><li><p>Develop deep Motorq product expertise to support retention planning and long-term customer success strategies</p></li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><ul><li><p>A relationship builder at heart — you earn trust quickly with customers, their leadership teams, and internal partners, and you invest in those relationships for the long haul</p></li><li><p>Self-driven and accountable — you take ownership of your work, keep projects moving, and hold yourself to a high bar without needing to be managed</p></li><li><p>Deeply customer-focused — you naturally see problems and opportunities through the customer's eyes and care genuinely about delivering a great experience</p></li><li><p>A creative problem solver — you're energized by complex, real-world challenges and find satisfaction in working through them at scale</p></li><li><p>Analytically curious — you're comfortable working with data and using it to surface insights, shift perspectives, and help customers unlock more value</p></li><li><p>Adaptable — you stay grounded and effective as priorities shift and processes evolve in a growing company</p></li><li><p>Collaborative and energized — you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment where no two days look the same</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience managing enterprise customer relationships at a B2B SaaS company in a technical, customer-facing capacity</p></li><li><p>Comfortable navigating diverse communication styles across international time zones and distributed teams</p></li><li><p>Familiarity working alongside software developers and other technical roles</p></li><li><p>Understanding of API requests and SQL querying in Snowflake or similar platforms</p></li></ul><p>We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels.
