Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving both electrical and mechanical systems in manufacturing operations to ensure high equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems (motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, PLC systems)

  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs for both mechanical and electrical breakdowns

  • Provide technical support to production during machine failures or abnormalities to ensure continuous production operations

  • Monitor machine performance/ downtime and identify root causes of recurring issues

  • Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, sensors, control panels, and drives

  • Improve machine performance and efficiency & Support integration of new automated systems and Industry 4.0 initiatives

  • Maintain and repair mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, belts, pneumatic and hydraulic systems

  • Implement upgrades to enhance productivity and reduce waste

  • Prepare reports on breakdowns, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

  • Improve machine efficiency and reduce wear and tear including manage inventory of mechanical and electrical spare parts
