This role includes providing PSG support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Interface directly with the customer and field personnel to address and resolve technical issues.</li> <li style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Courier New';">Maintain Service Request (Salesforce) database, documenting all interactions with customers according to FDA regulations.
