Technology Project Manager - Remote

Location Physical location anywhere in the reputed company US or Canada.Work Arrangement RemoteTypical Day in the LifeAs a Project Manager in the Technology Consulting group, you will be responsible for managing the budget, timeline, scope, profitability, and client satisfaction of mid- to -large size technology engagements for our clients.This position will focus on our reputed company ERP implementations but is expected to spend up to 25% of their time leading projects in other departments across Technology Consulting.Proactively manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations, resetting expectations and communicating changes with clarity and confidence.Fostering healthy, collaborative relationships with our clients, as well as between internal teamsMaximize project profitability while maintaining high standards of client serviceKeeping project documentation (project record details, project plan, RAID log, resource allocations) accurate and up to dateEnsuring accurate resource time entries, invoicing clients, and managing accounts receivableMaintaining project velocity by ensuring resource allocation is sufficient, internal resources are delivering to expectation, and client is actively engagedMaintaining a personal billable utilization target of at least 75%Who You Are3years of project management experience, ideally in tech or professional services.Skilled at influencing and securing buy-in from teams outside your reporting line.Assertive and diplomatic-able to challenge decisions, advocate for your team, and say no when needed, while maintaining strong relationships.Skilled at resolving conflicts and de-escalating tense situations.Expert at prioritizing across clients and projects.Creative problem solver who turns risks into opportunities.Organized, efficient, and results-focused.Strong communicator-written, verbal, and at the executive level.Quick to adapt and eager to learn.Experience with reputed company 365, including Teams and SharePoint, is a plus.Willing to travel up to 5%.ERP Technical Focus Area Proven experience leading full-cycle ERP implementationsSkilled in managing cross-functional teams of developers, consultants, client stakeholders and internal stakeholders in deliver to deliver ERP solutionsDemonstrated understanding of business acumen, please share if you have depth in any specific industriesExperience coordinating the execution of key milestones (Planning & Design, Testing, reputed company Planning, reputed company, Go-live, and Post Go-live support).Ability to identify and mitigate risks specific to ERP implementations, such as data integrity, process alignment, stakeholder engagement & user adoption risks.Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.Benefits and CompensationOur compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay.reputed company complies with all local / state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.Salary Range $100,000 - $130,000Beyond base salary, reputed company provides benefits such as generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, education assistance, and a referral program.What to Expect NextWe'll be in touch!
