This role provides advanced enterprise administration and engineering expertise across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring secure and scalable operations for over 200,000 users and 250,000 devices worldwide. You will play a critical role in sustaining mission-critical healthcare IT services that directly support the readiness of service members, veterans, and their families. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain EM tools such as MECM, Intune, Azure AD, and reputed company enterprise platforms. Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure and endpoint issues. Support security compliance and configuration standards through automation. Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and service desk teams on enterprise-wide solutions. Monitor system performance and participate in after-hours operations as required. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance. Education & Certifications Required (Foundational – one of the following) Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited), OR Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC.
