Vetted is seeking a RN - Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel job in Greensboro, North Carolina . This contract pays approximately $9,659/month gross.

Contract length: Shift length: 12 hour shifts Start Date: ASAP Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
